We keep our mat classes small, but because you will never have 100% of an instructor's attention in a group setting, it is highly recommended that someone new to Pilates or new to a Pilates studio setting take 5-10 private sessions before joining an ongoing mat class.
Open Level Pilates Mat
This class open to all levels of students. The teacher will make modifications for students as necessary.
Intro to Pilates Mat
This class is designed for the beginner student. No experience required. Any age, any fitness level.This class introduces you to Fundamental exercises, key concepts-the language of Pilates, and introductory level exercises which build the powerhouse and critical connections of alignment. Modifications are presented as building blocks helping your progression toward your ideal. No experience necessary, everyone is welcome.
Pilates Mat I
This is the next step in your Pilates mat experience. A minimum of 5 Intro Mat classes, or 2 private Pilates lessons.This mat class progresses from the Introductory Mat class to the advanced Beginner or Level I. ( If you have practiced Pilates before, please contact our studio so we may assist you in finding and appropriate class level ).
Pilates Mat II
This is a progression from Pilates Mat I. A more challenging class built on the foundation of Mat I. A solid intermediate mat class--which may utilize various props to challenge the ideal of the exercise. Balls, foam rollers, poles, weights, bands and circles are just some of the prop possibilities!
Private Pilates lessons
A private session with a Pilates instructor. One on one lesson, using mat, props, the Tower, Wunda Chair and CoreAlign.
Tower Classes combine the Pilates mat work with apparatus in a small group setting. We use arm springs, leg springs, the roll back bar and push through bar throughout the mat workout. Tower class is a great addition to private sessions or mat classes to supplement your weekly workouts! If you are a new client to our studio we require that you take at least one private session (but would suggest 5-10) before attending a Tower Class. Because we do not want the class to be held back and most importantly we do not want anyone to get injured or we feel it is important for us to see where you are at when we are able to give you 100% of our attention. Reservations are required for Tower Classes as they are limited to 3 people. 24 hour cancellation policy does apply.
Mat Tower Chair
This is an apparatus class. We will utilize the mat, wall tower, and chair, possibly the Core align. Too much fun!!
This class utilizes the wall unit with spring attachments (called "The Tower")
Can't find a class that works for your schedule? If there are 4 or more people interested in a time, we will start a new class for you.

24 hour cancellation policy
- Mat or Equipment classes with one person will be 30 minutes.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class that only has one reservation 24 hours in advance.
- Check or Cash Payment only. All classes must be paid in advance.

- PLEASE NOTE: Coupons or any other discounts may not be applied to this special offer.
- Wear comfortable attire, however not to oversized so that we may observe body alignment.
- Mat class fees can be used interchangeably for yoga and Pilates classes!

- Classclass size mat classes up to 10students, walk-ins available, but not guaranteed so please call 607-621-8285 or register online to reserve a spot. If a minimum of one person is not registered 24 hours prior to the class time, the class will be canceled.
Pilates really works: Fro the best results it should be done consistently and frequently, so you can build on the progress you are making. The magic number is 3 times per week.
