Dave Cross, RYT

Dave began practicing yoga while training for triathlons in the 90’s. By 2005 yoga became a primary focus. He completed his 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training, included are certif¬≠ications in Anatomy & Alignment, Seniors, and PreNat¬≠al/PostPartum.


Jen Dean

Jen Dean

Jen Dean, a certified Himalayan Institute teacher, has been practicing yoga and exploring the mind-body connection for many years.  

Her teaching style is gentle, yet challenging; in her Hatha classes you will slowly move with the breath and hold postures to explore alignment and opening.  Jen enjoys working with people not only to experience how yoga can wake up the body and bring peace to the mind, but the appropriate postures can ease emotional pain and support finding peace, contentment, and strength.  

She hopes that although she likes to dig into the serious work of emotions, you will also find laughter and feel light when you leave her class.

Jen is also a Maine Endwell High School science teacher.


Deb Stratton

Jen Dean

Deb began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to keep fit in the winter months and soon realized that yoga had even more to offer. She noticed that after yoga class she felt happy, alive and renewed. With an athletic background Deb always enjoyed cycling, skiing, and paddling. She finds yoga has a positive effect on those activities, as well as other aspects of her life.  

Deb has always been interested in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a certified health coach. Deb believes that combining yoga with a healthy lifestyle is a great way to keep both the body and mind fit.  

Deb has completed the Twin Cities Yoga Collective Teacher Training 200 Hour Program.
